It is like a seesaw. Between the 2 currencies. Yuan keeps low to make sure they have the manufacturing jobs. They also have problems of their own. Their infrastructure is still simple compared to the US. Their people is still suffering from lack of money and food. Water. Their salary is still low.
On the other hand, US has a lot of money but they do not have jobs because most of the manufacturing jobs goes to China. How will US force China to appreciate its yuan? Nobody knows.
