1.The secret to sleeping properly. There are some important points for people who can't sleep properly. Actually one of the points is to feel the environment when the sun sets. There are two things that one should feel about. The first is the through the eye. The eye is used to feel the changes the sky brings. The sky slowly becomes dark. We see the sun becoming orange and setting down with the darkness. The other feeling is the temperature. We feel the air becoming cold. This is one of the best part. This will help your body to sleep better. We feel the cold air relaxing the body. This is important. The surrounding, the atmosphere slowly turning our body from hot and heady to cool and relaxing. What I want you to do is to feel from 7pm to 7.30pm. Let the sky turn your body to cool and relaxing. Keep this feeling. When you sleep around 10 to 12 midnight, it will be easier to sleep. I want to comment that Steve Paulina teaches us how to wake up using the alarm clock but in actual fact, we should learn to sleep to the maximum. We should not learn how to wake up but how to sleep. If we learn how to sleep, surely we will wake up easily, with or without the alarm clock.
2. Avoid watching TV for long period of time. Especially before you sleep. The TV emits strong rays or light making you harder to sleep. Besides that the heat from the TV keeps us hot and unable to sleep. The heat from the TV is not easily released from our homes because our homes are now bricks. There are not many holes. Unlike in the past where we live in wooden homes where the cool air breezes in. This 3 supporting factors bind us, making us hard to sleep. Personally I still watch the TV. Which is the old cathode ray TV, not the new design like LED. The plasma is still OK. But the best would be LED. If you still have your old cathode ray TV, please change it as soon as possible and also if you have the money.
3. Other than that we can read media like newspaper, Bible, Readers' Digest and so on. Funny how it helps us to sleep. I don't understand the correct mechanism. But maybe in the future, I will.
4. Next is the computer. Almost all, if not all, is with the computer busy-ness, not the 'actual' business of selling computers. Busy reading email, reading in the internet, typing emails and so on. Reduce using the cathode ray monitor and change to the LCD type or laptop. Through this, we can reduce the strong light from the cathode ray monitor. The heat also from the back of the monitor is also avoided.
5. Air conditioning is great, especially for the rich people. The temperature helps people to sleep. It is expensive but if you want to sleep, why not?
6. Avoid living in a brick house. Nobody can really do that, because nowadays everything is a brick house. Very sorry about that.
7. Working hard during the day. If we working hard during the day, we will certainly sleep easily.
8. Forget the bad memories. This is important for sleeping and for overall living your life happily. Some bad memories is being scolded by bosses and parents, bad gossip from other people about you and bad telling by spouses about you.
9. Finding something you like to do. A hobby. Usually this will keep our minds happy. It even causes us not to sleep. Very funny. But it is good. Not sleeping much for some time, for few days is good too. I like building computers and sometimes not sleeping much. But it is good. When I really sleep, I sleep soundly.
10. If you can't really sleep, find something else to do. But avoid cathode ray and heaty conditions. Arranging books and so on.
If you are tired physically then it becomes very easy to fall asleep. But if your daily lifestyle is very slow and easy then you may have to face difficulty in falling asleep. I found Goji Berry Juice pretty effective in improving the quality of sleep.
